Josh entered the automated blood pressure business in 1991, shortly after graduating from Middlebury College, in Vermont. He served the company simultaneously as a sales manager, field technician, operations specialist, and truck driver. The company grew quickly, and Josh served an integral role in the company’s transition from a small regional distributor, to a leading North American distributor by the year 2000.
In the year 2000, Josh co-founded PharmaSmart with the purpose of developing innovative, patient focused technology for the improved tracking and management of hypertension. PharmaSmart has since built a world class team encompassing research & development, manufacturing, sales, operations, and customer service. PharmaSmart has developed 3 patents, a unique “pharmacy services” approach, and the Blood Pressure Tracker™, an industry leading, web based patient portal for hypertension management.
As Sr. Vice President of Strategic Business Development, Josh works with leading healthcare companies, researchers, and other organizations to expand the reach of PharmaSmart’s unique patient management capabilities. Josh also oversees the PharmaSmart International Reseller program.
Josh is married with two children, and lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
