To provide a clinical consultation for your patient, you can access the Blood Pressure Tracker™directly within your patient management software (for integrated pharmacies), or you can log into the Blood Pressure Tracker™ - USA or Blood Pressure Tracker™ - Canada from any web browser with patient consent utilizing their Unique Access Code.
